Trust Me, This Black Pepper Beef Udon Is Easier Than It Looks!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces udon noodles
  • 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, then remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, stir-fry the onion until translucent.
  5. Add the beef back to the skillet, along with the cooked udon noodles, black pepper, and soy sauce. Toss everything together until well combined.
  6. Serve garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the beef in soy sauce and black pepper for 30 minutes before cooking.
