- 8 ounces udon noodles
- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, then remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, stir-fry the onion until translucent.
- Add the beef back to the skillet, along with the cooked udon noodles, black pepper, and soy sauce. Toss everything together until well combined.
- Serve garnished with chopped green onions.
