  • 300 grams pastry cream (for filling)
  • powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.
  2. Add eggs and milk, and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead in the butter until smooth and elastic.
  4. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour.
  5. Punch down the dough and shape it into small balls.
  6. Let the balls rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  8. Fry the dough balls until golden brown on all sides.
