  • 1/4 cup baking soda
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon coarse sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and salt. Add yeast and let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Mix in flour until a dough forms. Knead for about 5 minutes.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
  4. Divide the dough into small portions and flatten each into a circle.
