  • 1 pound chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and Gochujang.
  2. Add the chicken to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
  5. Slice the chicken and serve, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
