  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 puff pastry shells

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, then add the onions and mushrooms. Cook until softened.
  3. Stir in the flour and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Gradually whisk in the chicken broth and cream, stirring until the mixture is thickened.
  5. Add the cooked chicken, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Spoon the chicken filling into the puff pastry shells and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
