- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 puff pastry shells
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, then add the onions and mushrooms. Cook until softened.
- Stir in the flour and cook for an additional minute.
- Gradually whisk in the chicken broth and cream, stirring until the mixture is thickened.

- Spoon the chicken filling into the puff pastry shells and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
