These Creative Sushi Wonton Cones are a delightful and innovative take on traditional sushi, utilizing crispy wonton wrappers as a fun vessel for various sushi fillings.

  • 10 wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup sushi rice, cooked
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon wasabi (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  3. Shape each wonton wrapper into a cone and place it in a muffin tin to hold its shape.
  4. Bake the wontons for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  5. In a bowl, combine the cooked sushi rice, cucumber, avocado, and shrimp.
  6. In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, soy sauce, sesame oil, and wasabi.
  7. Toss the rice mixture with the mayo mixture until well combined.
  8. Fill the baked wonton cones with the sushi filling.
  9. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.

Notes
