10 wonton wrappers
1 cup sushi rice, cooked
1/2 cup cucumber, diced
1/2 cup avocado, diced
1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon wasabi (optional)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
Shape each wonton wrapper into a cone and place it in a muffin tin to hold its shape.
Bake the wontons for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
In a bowl, combine the cooked sushi rice, cucumber, avocado, and shrimp.
