  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onion

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in olive oil, oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the chicken over medium heat until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into strips.
  4. Warm the pita breads on the grill for about 1 minute.
