  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the croissants in half and layer them in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the diced chicken ham, crumbled turkey bacon, and shredded cheese.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the layered croissants and top with the ham, bacon, and cheese mixture.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the eggs are set.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
