  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and peppermint extract.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat.
  3. Add the melted coconut oil to the mixture and stir until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a chocolate mold or a lined baking dish.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator until firm.
