  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 cup kimchi

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and ginger.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Serve meatballs over cooked rice, topped with sesame seeds and kimchi.

Notes

  • For an extra flavor, marinate the meatballs for a couple of hours before baking.
