  • 2 stalks lemongrass
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the minced lemongrass, garlic, and onion in a bowl.
  2. Add soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, and black pepper to the bowl and mix.
  3. Marinate the chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place the marinated chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the remaining marinade over the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
