An easy and indulgent recipe that combines the flavors of marry me chicken with ramen.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until chicken is cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from the pot and shred it. Return the shredded chicken to the pot.
  5. Add heavy cream and bring back to a simmer.
  6. In a separate pot, cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and add to the soup.
  7. Stir in parmesan cheese and season with salt and black pepper.
  8. Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

  • This recipe can also be made with leftover chicken.
  • For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes.
