Delicious mini quiches made with turkey bacon, perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add cheese, turkey bacon, bell peppers, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and pour the egg mixture into each cup, filling about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool slightly before removing from the pan.
