  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup raspberry jam
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk the milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and spread the raspberry jam evenly over it.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon over the jam layer.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and slice into 12 equal pieces.
  7. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes.
  8. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with lemon juice until smooth and drizzle over warm rolls.
