  • 1 pound sausage
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Dice the potatoes and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Add olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt to the potatoes and toss until well coated.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
