  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the flank steak by pounding it to an even thickness.
