- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
- In a bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the ribs with the sauce mixture.
- Place the ribs in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours until tender.
- Serve with extra barbecue sauce if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add some cayenne pepper to the sauce.
- Feel free to use your favorite barbecue sauce!
