  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat the ribs with the sauce mixture.
  4. Place the ribs in the slow cooker.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until tender.
  6. Serve with extra barbecue sauce if desired.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add some cayenne pepper to the sauce.
  • Feel free to use your favorite barbecue sauce!
