1 package puff pastry dough
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Salt to taste

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool.
In a bowl, combine the cooled spinach mixture with crumbled feta cheese, salt, and pepper.
Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each square.
