  • 1 package puff pastry dough
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool.
  4. In a bowl, combine the cooled spinach mixture with crumbled feta cheese, salt, and pepper.
