  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 package puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  4. In a bowl, combine spinach, feta cheese, and mix well.
  5. Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
  6. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each square, fold over, and seal the edges.
