  • 1 package puff pastry sheets

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted, then remove from heat.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cooked spinach with feta cheese, pepper, and set aside.
  5. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares.
