  • 1 green onion, chopped

  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour and mix until a dough forms. Knead for 10 minutes until smooth.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
  4. Season chicken with hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, black pepper, and green onions.
  5. Cook chicken in a pan over medium heat until crispy. Shred the chicken.
  6. Divide the dough into small pieces, roll them out, and fill with shredded chicken.
  7. Steam the bao buns for 15 minutes until fluffy.
