Ingredients
Scale
2 pounds ground turkey
4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
8 ounces chicken ham, diced
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 large eggs
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, turkey bacon, chicken ham, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, eggs, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the meat mixture to a parchment-lined loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
Spread marinara sauce on top of the meatloaf.
Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For added flavor, you can mix in mozzarella cheese.
Letting the meatloaf rest helps it maintain its juices.
