A deliciously rich stuffed meatloaf that incorporates turkey bacon and chicken ham for a flavorful twist.

  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 8 ounces chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, turkey bacon, chicken ham, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, eggs, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture to a parchment-lined loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  4. Spread marinara sauce on top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can mix in mozzarella cheese.
  • Letting the meatloaf rest helps it maintain its juices.
