  • 4 large portobello mushrooms
  • 6 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the portobello mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the chopped turkey bacon to the cheese mixture and combine well.
  6. Stuff each portobello mushroom cap with the cheese and bacon mixture.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed mushrooms.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
