Surf and Turf with Creamy Garlic Sauce delights every bite!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef tenderloin
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the beef tenderloin with salt and pepper and sear in the skillet until browned on all sides.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque.
  4. Remove the meat and shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and simmer until the sauce thickens.
  7. Return the beef and shrimp to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the beef for a few hours before cooking.
  • Serve with rice or crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
