  • 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons coffee, cooled
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture.
