1 block firm tofu
1 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
1 teaspoon garlic, minced

Instructions
Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
