  • 3 cups mixed winter vegetables (e.g., spinach, broccoli, bell peppers)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar, mozzarella)

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and pre-bake for 10 minutes.
  3. In a skillet, sauté the winter vegetables until tender.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
